      Senior Vice President of Operations, TaskUs

      Dean is responsible for managing TaskUs’ workforce and operations throughout Southeast Asia, utilizing his extensive experience of more than 25 years across all levels of the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry. He joined TaskUs in 2022, having previously held senior leadership positions where he oversaw North American and other Southeast Asian regions.

      Division Vice President of Operations, TaskUs

      Jean is responsible for overseeing TaskUs’ operations in Taiwan and the Philippines. She initially joined TaskUs Philippines as the Vice President of Operations for Quezon City in early 2016 and was later promoted to manage the company’s daily activities in the Metro Manila Area. Before joining TaskUs, she held various senior leadership roles in BPO companies in the Philippines.

      Arjay leads TaskUs’ operations in the Southern Philippines. Arjay has been with TaskUs since early 2016 as the Vice President of Operations for Cavite. With over 22 years of experience in the BPO industry, Arjay has proven to be skilled in managing strategic initiatives and achieving KPIs and goals. He excels in optimizing business results and improving decision-making at all levels of the business.

      Harish leads TaskUs’ operations in Malaysia and some Metro and Northern Philippines sites. Harish joined TaskUs in 2022, bringing with him more than two decades of experience managing large‑scale operations in different industries, including Telecommunications, Technology, and Global Outsourcing across India, North America, Asia Pacific, and Africa.
