Together with the Client, we recruited and trained full-time Teammates to label HD maps using the Client’s web-based tools. We developed a complete framework that included recruitment and training, HD map labeling, and quality management. Our goal was to ensure that our team was well-equipped and capable of delivering high-quality results, following a 4-step HD map labeling process.
