TaskUs Named ‘Company of the Year,’ Racks Up Four More Prestigious Titles at the 2022 American Business Awards

NEW BRAUNFELS, Texas (May 30, 2022) – TaskUs (Nasdaq: TASK), a global provider of outsourced digital services and next-generation customer experience to fast-growing technology companies, won Gold for “Company of the Year” at the 20th American Business Awards®.

The company also took home Silver in three categories including Most Valuable Corporate Response during the COVID-19 pandemic, Achievement in Customer Satisfaction, and Achievement in International Expansion, as well as Bronze for Most Exemplary Employer during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The American Business Awards (ABA) is one of eight annual Stevie® Awards competitions held worldwide, honoring achievements across a wide variety of industries including finance, fashion, education, health, lifestyle, marketing, software, and more. The ABA recognizes all types of excellence in the workplace—from corporate culture and people management, to product development and customer service.

2021 was a big year for TaskUs as Co-founders Bryce Maddock and Jaspar Weir led the company through a successful IPO filing in June and have since announced numerous site expansions in Colombia, India, Japan, Malaysia, Romania, and Poland, and the company's acquisition of Croatia-based customer service provider heloo. The company also grew its employee base by 59%, from 23,600 teammates in December of 2020 to 40,100 at the end of 2021.
